5月(yue)27日,軸研所5S管理(li)“百日專(zhuan)項攻關”動員大會在機關樓(lou)四樓(lou)會議室召開,公司領導班子成員、各部(bu)門中層(ceng)以上(shang)管理(li)人(ren)員、事(shi)業部(bu)負責人(ren)及安(an)環專(zhuan)員等83人(ren)參加(jia),標志(zhi)著(zhu)公司以深化(hua)5S基礎管理(li)為(wei)突(tu)破口,全面提升精益化(hua)管理(li)水平的活動正式(shi)啟動。
公(gong)(gong)司(si)副(fu)總經理姜維在(zai)動(dong)員講話中強(qiang)(qiang)調,公(gong)(gong)司(si)開展“百日(ri)專項攻關(guan)”活(huo)動(dong),旨在(zai)以深化5S為抓(zhua)手,通過強(qiang)(qiang)化基礎管(guan)(guan)理工(gong)作,推動(dong)公(gong)(gong)司(si)生(sheng)產管(guan)(guan)理精益(yi)化水平全面提升、降(jiang)本增效、提高(gao)效率(lv),為公(gong)(gong)司(si)持續高(gao)質量(liang)發展夯實根基。各單(dan)位(wei)要堅決執行(xing)公(gong)(gong)司(si)5S管(guan)(guan)理領導小組的要求,認真實施“百日(ri)專項攻關(guan)”活(huo)動(dong)方案,統(tong)一行(xing)動(dong),分階(jie)段、有重(zhong)點地持續推進5S工(gong)作,最終實現公(gong)(gong)司(si)5S工(gong)作管(guan)(guan)理制度(du)化、標準化,培養(yang)員工(gong)良(liang)好的職業(ye)素養(yang),促進精益(yi)生(sheng)產,提升企業(ye)文化。
公司黨委書(shu)記、董事(shi)長高元安在總結(jie)講話中指出,要(yao)(yao)(yao)以5S管(guan)(guan)理(li)“百日專項(xiang)攻關”為突破口,推行現(xian)代企業管(guan)(guan)理(li)模式,逐步(bu)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)公司管(guan)(guan)理(li)精(jing)細(xi)(xi)化,積極(ji)向管(guan)(guan)理(li)要(yao)(yao)(yao)效(xiao)益,促(cu)(cu)進(jin)公司快速發展(zhan)。結(jie)合專項(xiang)攻關,他強調,全(quan)體(ti)干部(bu)(bu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)充分認(ren)識并理(li)解推行5S管(guan)(guan)理(li)是(shi)強化體(ti)系思(si)維的重要(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)手,是(shi)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)管(guan)(guan)理(li)體(ti)系和(he)管(guan)(guan)理(li)能力提(ti)升的必然(ran)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求,要(yao)(yao)(yao)在思(si)想上達成高度共識,切實(shi)(shi)增強責任感(gan)和(he)使命(ming)感(gan),扎(zha)扎(zha)實(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)開展(zhan)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。公司領導(dao)班子(zi)成員(yuan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)依據(ju)職責,落實(shi)(shi)分管(guan)(guan)領域協同工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),各(ge)(ge)單位各(ge)(ge)層級一(yi)把手要(yao)(yao)(yao)堅(jian)持親自抓(zhua)落實(shi)(shi),強化領導(dao)責任,充分激(ji)發各(ge)(ge)級領導(dao)干部(bu)(bu)及所有(you)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的主動性、積極(ji)性和(he)能動性。各(ge)(ge)單位要(yao)(yao)(yao)按照公司統(tong)一(yi)部(bu)(bu)署,結(jie)合自身實(shi)(shi)際,制定(ding)詳細(xi)(xi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計劃(hua)和(he)保證措(cuo)施,通(tong)過引進(jin)吸收先進(jin)理(li)念(nian),探索形成一(yi)套行之有(you)效(xiao)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)法,同時配套成熟的激(ji)勵機制,更好促(cu)(cu)進(jin)5S落地。要(yao)(yao)(yao)全(quan)局謀劃(hua),統(tong)一(yi)部(bu)(bu)署,謀定(ding)而動,全(quan)員(yuan)參與,必須下(xia)大決心花大力氣動起來,齊抓(zhua)共管(guan)(guan),見到(dao)實(shi)(shi)效(xiao)。
5月30日、31日,愛(ai)銳(rui)學苑咨詢組(zu)、公(gong)司5S管(guan)理(li)“百日專項攻關”推進(jin)組(zu)深入各(ge)制造業(ye)務單(dan)元(yuan)現場調研,各(ge)部門積極行(xing)動,圍繞(rao)部門職責,區域(yu)劃分,5S實(shi)施(shi)的難易度、管(guan)理(li)看板(ban)、標準(zhun)定置(zhi)、標桿區域(yu)設置(zhi)等溝通交流(liu),探(tan)討制定并推進(jin)實(shi)施(shi)第一階段改進(jin)工作(zuo)計劃。
下一步,公司(si)將(jiang)根據此次5S管(guan)理(li)項目現場調研情況,結合公司(si)特(te)點(dian),組織編制5S管(guan)理(li)相(xiang)關標準(zhun),完成5S管(guan)理(li)基礎體系(xi)構(gou)建工(gong)作。
